6 Hour Rental
Monday - Thursday: $850/6 Hours + $500 deposit ($141/Additional Hour)
Friday - Sunday: $1,000/6 Hours + $500 deposit ($166/Additional Hour)
12 Hour Rental
Monday - Thursday: $1700/Full Day + $500 deposit ($141/Additional Hour)
Friday - Sunday: $2,000/Full Day + $500 deposit. ($166/Additional Hour)
Deposit Terms Holds your reservation and pays for rental insurance.
NOTE: The deposit minus the rental insurance cost is refundable only after an event happens with no damages, proper clean-up is performed, and on time key returns happen resulting in no late fees)
If you cancel within 15 days after booking your event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.
If you cancel after 15 days after booking your event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $500.
Rental Terms
NOTE: This is payment for your event date.
If you paid the full amount of your rental and wish to cancel, do so at least 45 days before your event date to receive a 50% refund of your event rental cost.
If you paid the full amount of your rental and wish to cancel within the remaining 45 days before your event date you will be charged the complete payment cost.
